Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use your browser's local storage, a similar technology that lets a site remember information on your device between visits. This policy covers both.

We keep our use of cookies and local storage minimal and limited to what's needed to run the Site:

• fuelight_admin (cookie, strictly necessary) — a secure, HTTP-only session cookie set only when a Fuelight Media staff member logs into the admin dashboard. It expires after 7 days and is never set for regular visitors.
• fuelight-cookie-consent (local storage) — remembers whether you accepted or declined our cookie banner, so we don't show it to you again.
• fuelight-lang (local storage) — remembers your preferred site language (English or Spanish).

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and our cookie banner accordingly.

Our WhatsApp button links out to WhatsApp.com. If you click it, WhatsApp (Meta) may set its own cookies on that separate site, governed by WhatsApp's own cookie and privacy policies — not this one.

You can accept or decline non-essential storage using the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can also clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser's settings; note that the strictly-necessary admin session cookie is only ever set for logged-in staff and does not affect your browsing as a visitor.

We may update this Cookie Policy if the storage technologies we use change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
